What is Operation Christmas Child?

Operation Christmas Child is a program which aims to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to the needy children. And through the local church, it aims to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

The people behind this program:

• OCC Philippines National Leadership Team
• Local Churhces & other organizations.

In 1970 Dr. Pierce founded the Samaritan’s Purse a non-denominational, evangelical, Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world.

Then he invited Franklin Graham, the son of the respected evangelist Billy Graham, to join the organization. After a few years, Dr. Pierce delegated the presidency to Franklin Graham.

Rev. Franklin Graham led Samaritan’s Purse to unforeseen growth, serving churches worldwide to promote the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
